Withdrawal Rule
Before withdrawing a student from the school a calendar month notice is to be given. Leaving certificate will be issued only on receipt of written application from the parents/guardians and after all the dues, including the tuition fees for the whole year, to the school have been paid in full.
Name of pupil failing two years in succession in the same class will be struck off the rolls and considered withdrawn.
In case a student is not granted promotion but is willing to continue his/her studies in the same class in the next school session, the guardian should notify the school in this regard before the beginning of school session and the concerned student is required to be present on the opening day of the new session.
Names of pupils who have been absent from school for a period of over 10 days without prior permission are liable to be struck off the rolls and may not be readmitted.
Irregular attendance habitual idleness and neglect of homework disobedience, disrespect to members of the school staff or bad moral influence will result in removal of the student from the school.
Notwithstanding anything in this prospectus, the school authorities may at their discretion call any parent at any time to take his/her ward out of school.
