Application forms can be collected from the reception counter on any working day between 08:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. (subject to availability of seats).

ADMISSION CRITERIA and their points adopted by private unaided Recognized Schools for Admission of OPEN SEATS (2024-2025)


Registration

Online at website: www.shivmodernschool.org

• For Class Pre-Primary to IX

 1. Parents can fill the form online. Registration fee is Rs. 25/- only to be paid online only.

  2. Take a print out of the filled form (for online registration).

  3. Paste the photographs on the form (if visibility of photo is less).

  4. Complete form with all the requisite documents enclosed must be submitted at school counter.

  5. Last date for submission of printout of Filled Registration (upto 12:30 P.M.).

  6. Form with all listed credentials are to be submitted at School Fee Counter.

    (i) Date of Birth Certificate of the Applicant from Municipal Corporation 

    (ii) Proof of Residence (Aadhaar card/Ration Card/Electricity/MTNL bill/Voter ID/Passport).   

    (iii) Marks Statement/Certificate of Last class attended from Previous School.   

  7. Candidate appearing in Final Exam may also apply.

  8. Keep visiting the school website www.shivmodernschool.org for updation.

Please note: 

 • Incomplete/Incorrect/ Duplicate Registration Forms will be rejected.

• The School does not have any vacant seats in classes Pre-Primary to XII. The registered candidates will be invited for further procedures as and when seats are vacant.

• Registration does not entitle the candidate to claim a seat in the class applied for.
